Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged >=18 years. 2. Diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes; The patient was diagnosed as diabetic retinopathy with diabetic macular edema, that is, OCT scanning indicated that the thickness of macular fovea was greater than 300 µm. 3. BCVA vision is 70 letters or less. 4. No history of glaucoma, intraocular pressure =60 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is complicated with serious systemic diseases, such as heart disease, hypertension, abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal coagulation function, hypersensitive constitution, etc. 2. The patient was diagnosed with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) combined with preproliferative membrane traction. 3. The patient was diagnosed with high-risk PDR (referring to the early proliferation of DR In which optic disc neovascularization > 1/4 -- 1/3 disc diameter (disk area, DA) or retinal neovascularization > 1/2 DA, or accompanied by preretinal hemorrhage or vitreous hemorrhage). 4. Patients with other serious ocular diseases that affect the efficacy evaluation, such as keratopathy, uveitis, cataracts, vitreous opacities and hematoma, optic nerve diseases, age-related macular degeneration, pathological myopia fundus changes, rheotropic retinal detachment and stage 3 or stage 4 macular holes. 5. Pregnant and lactating patients. 6. History and family history of glaucoma, ocular hypertension.
