Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease according to the Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment guidelines formulated by the Chinese Society of Neurology in 2006 as the diagnostic criteria, all confirmed by CT and/or MRI examinations; 2. Patients with early disease course within 1 month; 3. Hemiplegia accompanied by upper limb motor dysfunction; 4. The Brunnstrom grade of the upper limbs of the patient is less than or equal to 4; 5. Aged = 24 points; 8. Able to sit independently for 30 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs in acute stage; 2. Patients unable to communicate with others by normal speech; 3. Patients with serious bone and joint diseases, muscle disorders and other neurological diseases; 4. Patients with severe complications; 5. Patients with moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 6. Currently participating in other clinical trials.
