Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Upper limb spasm MAS rating 1 ~ 3; 3. Aged 40-80 years; 4. Stroke course more than 2 weeks (non-acute stage); 5. No movement disorder of limb function before stroke; 6. All subjects or their family members are aware of this experiment and have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have taken drugs or sedatives related to muscle tone reduction in the past 2 weeks; 2. Patients with complicated organ dysfunction or unstable vital signs; 3. Patients with bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients who cannot actively cooperate with treatment or have severe cognitive dysfunction.
