Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient, aged 3-12 years, was expected to undergo daytime glandular flat operation in our hospital, and no abnormality was found in preoperative examination; 2. The patient had no history of surgery or trauma; 3. BMI 20-25, ASA grade ?-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with genetic metabolic disease or a long history of medication.
