Colorectal Adenomas

Interventions

Group A:At 6:00 am on the day of colonoscopy, dissolve 1 pack of half compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and half bottle of methylene silicone oil in 1.5L of water and drink it before 7:3
Group B:On the day of colonoscopy, dissolve three package of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and 1 bottle of simethicone in 3L water at 8:00 a.m., and drink it before 11:00 a.m

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender limit, aged 18-80 years; 2. Willing to undergo colonoscopy; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to liga silicone oil; 2. Colectomy; 3. Familial polyposis; 4. P-J syndrome; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); 7. Colon cancer.
