Group A:After surgery, initial smart-PCIA pump was used for postoperative analgesia.
Group B:The modified smart-PCIA pump was used for postoperative analgesia after surgery.
Group C:The modified smart-PCIA pump was used for postoperative analgesia after surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis or lumbar disc herniation by CT or MRI; 2. The normal life is affected by the failure of conservative treatment or the aggravation of the disease; 3. Consistent with the adaptation of lumbar surgery; 4. No contraindications to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious underlying diseases; 2. A history of long-term use of analgesic or psychotropic drugs; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade > ?; 4. A history of allergy to the drugs used in the study; 5. Previous history of lumbar surgery; 6. The data required by the research was incomplete or could not be used for postoperative follow-up.
