18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA grade II to ?; 2. Patients with severe or above burns; 3. Aged range from 18 to 60 years; 4. Patients who signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Allergic to the drug to be used; 3. History of antidepressant or antipsychotic drug use; 4. Second degree and above atrioventricular block; 5. Uncooperative patients.
