Low-dose group:Tranexamic acid was injected intravenously 20mg/kg before surgery

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tibetan patients aged 18 to 80 years in Tibet; 2. Posterior spinal decompression and fusion surgery for thoracic and/or lumbar degenerative diseases; 3. Normal coagulation function before operation; 4. Get informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of venous thromboembolism, pulmonary embolism, cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease; 2. Blood coagulation disorder; 3. Anticoagulant drugs are being used; 4. Clearly allergic to tranexamic acid; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Patients at high risk for thrombosis, including atrial fibrillation, pacemaker and stent implantation.
