Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PHN; 2. Patients aged between 50 and 70 years with a disease course of more than 3 months; 3. Pain like needling, burning and knife cutting occurred in the area of thoracolumbar herpes; 4. VAS score greater than 4; 5. There are hyperalgesia (hyperalgesia) and hypersensitivity (allodynia); 6. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Some special types of herpes zoster, such as brain, cornea or conjunctiva, ear involvement, disseminated herpes zoster, visceral herpes zoster; 2. Patients with stents and pacemakers implanted in their bodies, patients with malignant tumors, serious organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, kidney, and nervous system diseases such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury; 3. The skin on the affected area has not healed, and the skin rash is infected with bacteria or fungi; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with previous adverse reactions to acupuncture, such as syncope, and those unable to cooperate.
