Age
16 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participate in the research voluntarily and sign informed consent for it; 2. Diagnosis of secondary functional hypothalamic amenorrhea,and termination of estrogen-progestin cyclic treatment at least three months,but no spontaneous resumption of menstruation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with other serious diseases such as chronic liver and kidney disease; 2. Changes caused by chromosomal diseases; 3. Various contraindications for hormone replacement, such as sex hormone dependent tumors, other breast diseases, etc.; 4. Patients with mental illness; 5. Patients with severe disease stress stage and abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Patients undergoing antidepressant therapy, immunosuppressive therapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
