Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the results of coronary angiography, standard Judkins method was used to perform multi-position angiography. 2. The body positions of the frame were as follows: anterior descending branch (LAD) right anterior oblique + head position, circumflex branch (LCX) right anterior oblique + foot position, right coronary artery (RCA) right anterior + head position. The first frame is defined as the complete entry of the contrast agent into the beginning of the coronary artery, and the last frame is defined as the first arrival of the contrast agent at the distal marker branch of the target artery. Since the LAD is long, the number of LAD frames divided by 1.7 is the number of corrected LAD frames. After correction, the LAD was 36.2±2.6 frames, LCX was 22.2±4.1 frames, and RCX was 20.4±3 frames. At least 1 coronary artery > 2 standard deviations was considered as coronary slow flow phenomenon. 3. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary dilatation, coronary embolism, cardiomyopathy, or severe valvular heart disease, or undergoing PCI or vasoactive drug therapy. 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, rheumatic diseases, endocrine diseases, tumors, etc.
