Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for early KOA in 2018 ''Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine'' : Visual analog Pain Assessment Scale (VAS) score 0 ~ 4 +K-L scale ? / Visual analog Pain Assessment Scale (VAS) score 4 ~ 10 +K-L scale ? ~ ? / Nuclear magnetic resonance examination (Recht scale) Recht-? ~ ?; 2. Aged >= 50 and < 80 years, no gender limit; 3. Conservative treatment with oral medication only; 4. Clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment, can finish the reading independently or with the assistance of others; 5. Capable of operating smart phones and using wechat; 6. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sudden cerebrovascular disease and sequelae in recent 6 months; 2. NYHA cardiac function grade > ?, unable to participate in physical activity; 3. Lower limb body disability, unable to exercise; 4. Complicated with primary mental disease; 5. Participate in other intervention programs.
