Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Need to receive non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment for various reasons; 2. With barriers to communication with health care personnel, including, the patient's language cannot be understood by health care personnel, the patient has neurological lesions that cause aphasia, the patient is unable to communicate clearly with health care personnel while wearing a mask, and the mask cannot be easily removed for medical reasons or personal wishes; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Be conscious during non-invasive ventilation treatment; 5. Voluntary participation in this study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia; 2. Uncontrolled mental illness; 3. Patient with visual or hearing impairment.
