18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically confirmed rheumatoid arthritis (meeting the EULAR/ACR2010 diagnostic criteria) or knee osteoarthritis (meeting the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 edition)). 2. Aged 18-90 years, no gender limit. 3. Elective surgical treatment. 4. Informed and consenting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received intra-articular, intramuscular or intravenous injection of corticosteroids including adrenotropic hormone or other drugs within 4 weeks before surgery; 2. Overlap other autoimmune diseases such as gouty arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 3. Patients who had previously used fusion protein biologics (including Esepil, Qiangke, Amberol, Enli, etc.) before preoperative withdrawal of < 4 weeks, patients who had previously used monoclonal antibody biologics (including adalimumab, infliximab, tozumab, etc.) before preoperative withdrawal of < 4 weeks; 4. Patients with serious diseases of vital organs such as cardiovascular, brain, liver, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system, acute and chronic infectious diseases, malignant tumors, and mental diseases.
