Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I to III, BMI operation time >1h; 2. There is no age or gender limitation, with certain reading and writing ability; 3. Patients who plan to undergo elective laparoscopic hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal and pelvic surgery combined with COPD in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thoracic and pulmonary surgery, severe cardiovascular disease or acute myocardial infarction; 2. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 3. Serious mental disorders or communication difficulties with doxofylline contraindications.
