Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with a clinical diagnosis of Kawasaki disease, the diagnostic criteria need to be in accordance with the 2017 American Heart Association (AHA) statement on the Diagnosis Treatment and Long-Term Follow-up of Kawasaki Disease; 2. Within 10 days of onset (with fever onset as the onset); 3. Aged 1 month to 12 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of hormones or other immunosuppressants within 1 month before onset of disease; 2. Definite infections, including sepsis, bacterial pneumonia, bacterial meningitis, acute peritonitis, etc.; 3. Severe immune diseases such as immune deficiency or chromosome abnormality; 4. Unwilling to sign informed consent; 5. Regular follow-up cannot exceed 1 year as required.
