Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Acute ischemic stroke, onset within 24 hours; 3. Blood pressure greater than 140/90mmHg was measured continuously for three times within 24 hours of onset, regardless of pre-existing hypertension; 4. TOAST stroke subtype is large-atherosclerosis (LAA) or Small-vessel Occlusion (SVO), defined as follows: Clinically, LAA can be characterized by functional defect of the cortical or cerebellar region of the Stovegod channel. Imaging can be seen in the cortex, cerebellum, and brain stem, with subcortical infarcts greater than 1.5cm, accompanied by > 50% stenosis of the corresponding responsible vessels. The clinical manifestations of SVO are various lacunar syndrome. The imaging shows infarcts with a diameter of less than 1.5cm in the subcortical area and brain stem, without the stenosis and occlusion of corresponding large blood vessels; 5. No contraindications for nuclear magnetic examination; 6. Informed consent of the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mRS score >=5 points; 2. Combined with significant elevation of intracranial pressure and imaging space occupying effect; 3. Stenosis or occlusion of the ipsilateral external cranial artery with significant infarction; 4. Combined with cardiac insufficiency or severe heart valvular disease, such as aortic stenosis; 5. Patients identified by researchers as having poor compliance and unable to complete clinical and secondary imaging follow-up; 6. Those whose vital signs are unstable and unable to complete the examination.
