Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 1 day to 18 years old, without history of genetic metabolic disease or autoimmune disease; 2. Newly diagnosed (newly diagnosed) children with HLH, whose diagnosis meets 5/8 of the HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria (fever is a must) or above; 3. For > 3/8 criteria, those with high clinical suspicion of HLH can be pre-included, and timely collection of cytokines is helpful for the identification of HLH; 4. The family members actively cooperate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria and have used glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within 72 hours before admission; 2. Non-treated HLH; 3. Hypersensitivity to the drugs used in the treatment plan; 4. There are various other circumstances that hinder the conduct of research.
