Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 45 years old; 2. Typical symptoms of diabetes (polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia, weight loss, etc.); 3. Random blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L or fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L or OGTT 2h blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L or HbA1c >= 6.5%; 4. Can independently cooperate to complete various scale evaluations and corresponding tests such as blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, etc.; 5. The patient gave informed consent throughout the process, and signed an electronic informed consent form as required by the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing or previous history of tuberculosis; 2. Chronic diseases such as severe immune system abnormalities, or severe neurological or mental disorders; 3. Those who cannot communicate with normal people; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with investigation and intervention; 5. Non-type 2 diabetes patients; 6. People who have been diagnosed with active tuberculosis.
