Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. Headaches caused by primary diseases such as intracranial organic lesions and anemia have been ruled out by head CT or MRI scans and laboratory tests; 3. The patient's quality of life, work and studies are impaired (need to be judged by the patient himself); 4. The attack frequency is more than 4 times per month; 5. For 2 consecutive months, use the acute phase treatment more than 6-8 times a month; 6. According to visual linear analogue scale (visual linear analogue scale, VAS) digital grading method, headache degree >= 4 points; 7. Patients and family members are aware of this study, sign the informed consent form, and have been reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of the hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms of Parkinson's disease or other extrapyramidal diseases; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Hypersensitivity to active ingredients; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction or other serious systemic diseases; 5. Patients with high blood pressure or low blood pressure; 6. Patients with a history of mental illness; 7. Patients with secondary headache hidden dangers (systemic diseases: cold and fever; ENT diseases; toothache, sinusitis, otitis media; brain diseases: cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, encephalitis, meningitis, brain tumors , cerebral infarction, craniocerebral injury; primary headache: trigeminal neuralgia, occipital neuralgia, cluster headache, tension headache; others: uremia, hypoglycemia, anemia, dysmenorrhea).
