18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, no gender limit; 2. Bowel preparation is qualified (BBPS score >= 6 points); 3. History of abdominal and pelvic surgery, including: all interventions requiring opening of the peritoneal cavity are considered abdominal or pelvic surgery, including abdominal wall surgery and all gynecological and bladder surgeries, but excluding tubal ligation and prostate surgery; 4. Before the examination, the patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have previously undergone partial colorectal resection; 2. Patients undergoing chemotherapy and immunosuppression; 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and familial adenomatous polyposis; 4. Renal failure or massive ascites; 5. There are other systemic malignancies; 6. During the trial period, those who could not tolerate or did not reach the ileocecal during colonoscopy.
