Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary malignant bone tumor is confirmed by imaging and pathological diagnosis before operation, and the age is between 6-75 years old; 2. Tumor local conditional wide resection; 3. The tumor does not invade important blood vessels and nerves; 4. No metastatic lesions at the time of treatment; 5. Clinically evaluated preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy response is good; 6. The patient gave informed consent, actively cooperated with the operation and follow-up, and the family conditions can meet the comprehensive treatment strategy of the perioperative period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The expected survival time is less than 3 months; 2. Metastasis at the time of first diagnosis; 3. Those who use other surgical methods; 4. Lack of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative imaging and follow-up data.
