Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Age between 20-45 years old; 3. PCOS with or without infertility caused by tubal factors; 4. The man's semen is normal or meets the ICSI assisted pregnancy standard; 5. Basal FSH < 10 mIU/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities of both spouses; 2. Anatomical abnormalities of the reproductive tract, such as mediastinum and unihorned uterus; 3. Endocrine abnormalities such as thyroid dysfunction and luteal dysfunction; 4. Immunological examination, such as abnormal antinuclear antibody and anti-dsDNA antibody; 5. Prethrombotic state, such as abnormal anti-cardiolipin antibody, protein S, protein C, etc.; 6. Reproductive tract infection; 7. Abnormal semen examination of the male partner; 8. There are high risk factors leading to abortion in the living environment of the couple, such as toxic chemicals; 9. Impact assessors with incomplete information.
