Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with solid pulmonary nodules of medium volume (50-500 mm3, equivalent to 4.6-9.8 mm in diameter) diagnosed by chest spiral CT thin-layer scan and artificial intelligence pulmonary nodules; 2. 18 <= age <= 80 years old; 3. Good communication and understanding skills; 4. Volunteer and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic and/or respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, sputum, hemoptysis, and dyspnea; 2. Patients with malignant signs of nodules (vacuoles, eccentric cavities, bronchial signs, burrs, lobes, vascular bundles, pleural traction, etc.), who are recommended to undergo PETCT, biopsy or surgery after multidisciplinary consultation; 3. Consider patients with benign diseases such as intrapulmonary lymph nodes, hamartomas, and sclerosing alveolar cell tumors, or patients with obvious benign features such as calcification of nodules; 4.
