Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for sub-health syndrome of deficiency of spleen-qi: (1) Comply with the definition of sub-health in the Clinical Guidelines for Sub-health Traditional Chinese Medicine issued by the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine; (2) Conform to the syndrome standard of spleen deficiency syndrome in the Guiding Principles of New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine; (3) Right-handed; (4) Between the ages of 18 and 40 years; (5) High school education or above; (6) Simplified Wechsler IQ test > 80; (7) Brief Mental Rating Scale (BPRS) 80; (5) No organic and significant functional diseases, no symptoms of sub-health; (6) No family history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; (7) Have not taken any stimulant drugs in the past 2 months; (8) There is no contraindication for MRI detection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic diseases; 2. Unable to understand and cooperate with the inspection; 3. Serious head anatomical asymmetry or clear lesions are found in the MRI scan.
