Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of HFpEF set by China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure (2018): it has symptoms and signs of heart failure and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ef > 50%, and there is no previous record that the ejection fraction is = 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious liver and kidney and other important organ disorders; 2. Those who have contraindications to the treatment and evaluation methods of this study; 3. Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases; 4. Patients with acute decompensated heart failure; 5. Acute coronary syndrome occurred one month before screening, and coronary revascularization (percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting) or valve repair/replacement was performed; 6. Patients with type 2 diabetes who have used or are currently using SGLT-2 inhibitor hypoglycemic drugs before admission; 7. Poor compliance.
