18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18-70 years; 2. Smoking for more than 1 year; 3. Smoking >= 10 cigarettes per day; 4. Score >= 4 on the Tobacco Dependence Scale (FTND); 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently using nicotine replacement therapy or related drugs; 2. Drug addicts and alcoholics; 3. Those with major heart, liver, kidney, or blood system diseases; 4. Severe mental illness; 5. Poorly controlled diabetes (fasting blood sugar greater than 12 mmol/L); 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
