Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The blood pressure measurement value conforms to the diagnostic criteria of clinic blood pressure and ABPM in "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China, 2018 Revision"; 2. Age >= 18 and < 65 years; 3. All the respondents are voluntary participants and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension, such as chronic glomerulonephritis, connective tissue disease, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, renal vascular hypertension, Takayasu's arteritis, sleep apnea syndrome, Cushing's syndrome, coarctation of aorta, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc., causes high blood pressure; 2. Patients with hypertension emergency and sub-emergency; 3. Suffering from acute myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease with cardiac function grade IV, severe valvular heart disease, neurosis, hyperthyroidism, menopausal syndrome and other diseases; 4. Patients with liver function and renal insufficiency, serious primary diseases and mental diseases such as abnormal hematopoietic system, rheumatic immune system, endocrine and metabolic system and tumor; 5. Special groups, such as pregnant and lactating women; People with cognitive impairment, mental illness and others who can't cooperate with the investigation; 6. Recent surgery and trauma history.
