60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selected 80 patients with elective general anesthesia undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of bowel cancer, ASA grade I-II, body weight 45-75 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of active peptic ulcer; abnormal heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function; history of allergy to related drugs; infection; history of chronic pain and mental disorders.
