Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients with cerebral infarction who are taking dual-antibody therapy, aspirin 100 mg, qd combined with cilostazol 100 mg, bid; 3. Able to cooperate with follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneous use of other anticoagulant, antiplatelet, defibrinating or other drugs that affect blood coagulation; 2. The survival period of the patient is < 1 year due to various reasons; 3. Contraindications to antithrombotic drug therapy, or related drug allergies; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Participate in other clinical research within 3 months; 6. Serum HIV positive; 7. Patients with severe mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, or patients who cannot understand and sign the informed consent form; 8. Coagulation dysfunction, active bleeding or bleeding tendency; 9. The double antibody has been taken continuously for less than 3 months since the enrollment.
