Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer: (1) According to the Guidelines and Standards for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (2019 Edition), patients with cancer pain who have been diagnosed with bone metastases from lung cancer; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years; (3) The expected survival time is greater than 3 months; (4) The average NRS score in the past 24 hours is >= 4 points; (5) Patients with opioid tolerance; (6) During the dose adjustment of analgesic drugs, the influence of anti-tumor treatment (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc.) on analgesic treatment should be excluded; (7) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Prostate cancer: (1) Patients with moderate to severe cancer pain diagnosed with prostate cancer bone metastasis (spine) according to the CSCO Prostate Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2020 Edition) (average NRS score >= 4 points in the past 24 hours, opioid drug resistant); (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years; (3) The expected survival time is greater than 3 months; (4) The average NRS score in the past 24 hours is >= 4 points; (5) Patients with opioid tolerance; (6) During the dose adjustment of analgesic drugs, the influence of anti-tumor treatment (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc.) on analgesic treatment should be excluded; (7) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of allergy to Zhengqing Fengtongning, opioids, or is allergic to contraindicated opioids; 2. Suffering from serious heart, brain, liver, kidney diseases and hypotension; 3. Patients with primary malignant tumors combined with organs other than lung cancer; 4. End-stage tumor, multiple organ failure, expected survival time = 7 points; 8. Partial skin erosions, ulcers and allergies to cotton pads at Zusanli and Ashi points on both sides; 9. Have not received acupuncture treatment for pain symptoms within 1 week; 10. Study participants must not have received opioid analgesics, topical analgesics, oral corticosteroids, intramuscular corticosteroids, or intra-articular steroids, or any other drug therapy, alternative therapy, or physical therapy for osteoarthritis within the previous 3 days Transfer-related pain.
