Interventions

Group 1 :Patients are assigned for opioid-based anaesthesia with propofol, sufentanil, remifentanil and sevoflurane.
Group 2:Patients are assigned for opioid-free anaesthesia with propofol, dexmedetomidine, esketamine and sevoflurane.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old; 2. ASA I-III level; 3. Patients undergoing elective retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to regional nerve blocks, including skin infection or bleeding disorders at the block site; 2. Those who are allergic to any drugs used in this test; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; 4. History of chronic pain, long-term use of opioids, hormones or non-steroidal drugs; 5. BMI >= 30 kg/m2; 6. Unable to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, mental illness, etc.; 7. Has participated in other researchers.
