Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Spinal pain lasts for more than 1 month, without relevant trauma history; 2. No structural changes in the spine such as fractures and spondylolisthesis in X-ray examination; no herniation of intervertebral disc, vertebral body tumor, infection, spinal cord lesions and other diseases in CT/MRI examination; 3. Age 18-60 years old; 4. Clear consciousness, good cognitive function, able to cooperate to complete assessment and treatment, and agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal pain caused by specific diseases, such as spondylolisthesis, disc herniation, tumor, tuberculosis, fracture, osteoporosis, severe or progressive scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis and other rheumatic immune diseases; 2. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Previously received other treatments that have affected the results of this study; 4. Those who fail to adhere to treatment due to various factors.
