Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years old; 2. Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia; 3. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Long-term bed rest before operation; 3. Combined with severe liver and kidney diseases; 4. Systemic infection or lung infection existed before operation; 5. Patients with severe immune system deficiency and blood system diseases.
