Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children who are admitted to the ICU Department of the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University and who need to monitor the therapeutic concentration of vancomycin/meropenem/linezolid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The disease status of the child is not suitable for blood drug concentration monitoring; 2. The physiological condition (hematocrit) of the child is not within the validation range of the methodology (15%-40%); 3. The child received norvancomycin treatment within 3 days; 4. Clinicians and researchers believe that there are other situations that are not suitable for blood drug concentration monitoring or micro sampling; 5. The child or his guardian disagrees with the micro-sampling method.
