Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who meet the diagnostic criteria of "Obstetrics and Gynecology (Seventh Edition)" and are first diagnosed as late-onset preeclampsia with hypertensive disorders during pregnancy; 2. ASA II-III grade, single pregnancy, no contraindication of neuraxial anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of hypertension; 2. Fetal distress in uterus; 3. Combined with other pregnancy complications; 4. Combined with serious organic diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs; 5. With contraindications such as increased intracranial pressure, glaucoma, and pyloric obstruction; 6. Abnormal coagulation function.
