Gold Standard:The diagnosis of FNH is based on the initial enhanced MRI diagnosis and 6-month MRI follow-up as the gold standard. Pathological diagnosis of well-differentiated HCC, ICC and metastases

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gray-scale ultrasound can clearly show the lesion; 2. Well-differentiated HCC, ICC and M confirmed by pathology. FNH confirmed by enhanced magnetic resonance examination, and the magnetic resonance follow-up has no obvious change in the lesion for 6 months; 3. The maximum diameter of the lesion is <= 3 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis of well-differentiated HCC, ICC and M is not clear; 2. FNH has no follow-up enhanced magnetic resonance examination data or insufficient evidence to prove that the lesion is benign; 3. The patient has received treatment related to FLL, including local treatment and systemic treatment; 4. Significant liquefaction and necrosis of most of the lesion; 5. Patients allergic to ultrasound contrast agents and other contraindications; 6. The patient is under the age of 18 years; 7. Imaging diagnosis of lesions other than HCC and FNH, such as typical hepatic hemangioma, focal fatty liver, etc.; 8. Pathological diagnosis of lesions other than well-differentiated HCC, FNH, ICC and M should be excluded.
