Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The lesion protrudes from the gallbladder wall to the gallbladder cavity, and the lesion has no obvious displacement with the change of body position; 2. Ultrasound can clearly show GPL; 3. 1 cm <= GPL maximum diameter <= 2 cm; 4. Postoperative pathology confirmed that GPL was adenomatous polyposis or cholesterol polyposis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has malignant tumors of other organs except the gallbladder; 2. Patients who are younger than 18 years old and who are contraindicated in the use of other ultrasound contrast agents.
