3 Years to 7 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-7 years old; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Patients who elect to receive children's dental (dental caries) treatment; 4. Estimated operation time < 3 hours; 5. All the enrolled patients are underage patients, and guardians are required to agree to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive or neuropsychiatric diseases, and developmental delays; 2. The patient has asthma, a history of allergy to the study drug, and a history of upper respiratory tract infection within two weeks; 3. Long-term use of anticonvulsant, sedative, and analgesic drugs; 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Bradycardia (heart rate (HeartRate, HR) = 5.0).
