Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who signed informed consent and successfully punctured PICC in our hospital; 3. PICC can be followed up by specialized nurses after catheterization; 4. In the process of catheterization, the vascular sheath was delivered by blunt skin expansion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Platelets < 10 x 10^9/L; 2. The failure of blunt skin expansion of vascular sheath was changed to skin expansion with skin expander; 3. The puncture site is accompanied by a history of venous thrombosis and vascular surgery; 4. Long-term oral anticoagulants; 5. The central venous pressure is higher than the normal range and the history of radiotherapy at the scheduled intubation site; 6. Patients with unstable vital signs.
