Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis; 2. Currently in the active stage of the disease, with moderate to severe activity; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Receive VDZ treatment for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic or intolerant to VDZ and stop treatment; 2. Patients with active intestinal Clostridium difficile infection can receive VDZ treatment after treatment turns negative; 3. Have a history of intestinal surgery;
