Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Parturients who require epidural labor analgesia; 3. Full-term single live birth with cephalic position; 4. The fetus has no serious deformities; 5. The parturient has no serious complications during pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body temperature over 37.5°C upon admission; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients with severe mental illness and disturbance of consciousness; 4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and poor treatment tolerance; 5. Patients with contraindications to anesthesia, such as injection site infection, coagulation dysfunction, etc.; 6. The clinical data are incomplete, and there is a lack of data related to the degree of cervical dilatation, the time of labor analgesia, body temperature, and delivery outcomes.
