Interventions

Control group:Receive routine treatment, and check nasal swabs on the 3rd day after admission to CICU
Experimental group:Conventional medical treatment + nasal cavity decolonization treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with congenital heart disease upon admission; 2. Age < 18 years old; 3. MRSA screening positive; 4. The family members of the children voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital bilateral posterior nasal atresia; 2. Obvious nasal bleeding after operation; 3. Guardian rejects participants.
