Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ESRD patients who are >= 18 years old and meet the diagnostic criteria of KDIGO2012 guidelines; 2. Patients who have received regular hemodialysis treatment for 3 months or more, and regularly dialysis 3 times a week; 3. Have a clear consciousness, have normal communication skills, and be able to cooperate with the completion of research; 4. During the intervention period, no change of dialysis location, no long-term travel plan; 5. Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Patients who have recently participated in other studies.
