Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of all PD patients should refer to the diagnostic criteria for primary PD formulated by the International Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Society (MDS) in 2015, and the diagnosis of all MSA patients should refer to the unified expert Diagnostic Consensus of the second edition and the Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnostic Criteria for Multi-system Atrophy. The diagnosis of all PSP patients was completed by referring to the PSP diagnostic criteria formulated by MDS in 2015; 2. Able to complete the scale evaluation and clinical indicator level test of this study. Healthy persons who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were also included as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe head trauma and surgery; 2. Accompanied by severe cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Those with a history of mental illness and cognitive impairment; 4. Parkinson's disease induced by drugs or cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Elderly, hysterical or tonic tremor patients; 6. Accompanied by immune system diseases; 7. Nervous system tumors, infections and other organic diseases and cerebrovascular diseases; 8. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids for treatment.
