Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 65 and 90 years, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for carotid atherosclerosis; 3. Patients who are willing to participate in the survey and have good compliance; 4. The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients who cannot express clearly and cannot cooperate with the investigation; 3. Patients with severe mental illness (such as autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe depression, etc.) who cannot cooperate with the investigation.
