Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. ASA I-II level; 3. Preoperative pathological diagnosis of breast cancer; 4. Patients who plan to undergo radical mastectomy for breast cancer under general anesthesia; 5. Cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney function can tolerate surgery; 6. Patients are able to understand and are willing to participate in this study, and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with depression before operation; 2. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension ( > 180/100 mmHg); 3. Patients with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism; 4. Has a history of drug abuse; 5. Those with a history of severe mental illness or those who cannot cooperate and have difficulty communicating; 6. Taking antipsychotic drugs; 7. Those who have a history of allergies to ketamine and opioids; 8. Combined with other malignant tumors.
