Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 160 patients were selected for elective uniport thoracoscopic wedge resection of the left lung., aged 18-65 years, of no sex, ASA?or?18=BMI=28kg/m2, without severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, immune, endocrine dysfunction, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and respiratory diseases, were selected for elective single-port thoracoscopic wedge resection of the left lung.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous or expected difficult airway; 2. Pulmonary function assessment: patients with FEV1/FVC less than 70%; 3. Previous chronic pneumonia, emphysema, COPD, asthma; 4. Previous history of chest surgery; 5. Previous history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 6. Previous pleural disease or interstitial lung disease; 7. Severe oxygen desaturation occurred during the observation period, requiring recruitment maneuvers lung ; 8. Intraoperative change from wedge incision to other surgical methods; 9. Pleural adhesion and bronchial anatomical abnormalities were found during the operation.
