65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 85 years, gender is not limted 2. ASA grades are grades II to III; 3.18 kg/m2<= BMIc=30kg/m2; 4. Subjects who need efective surgery under general anesthesia and need tracheal intubation 5. The subjects voluntarily participated in this trial and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe cardiopulmonary and liver and kidney dysfunction 2. Neurological diseases 3. Endocrine and immune diseases 4. Severe atrioventricular block 5. Those with drug addiction or allergies
