Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients to undergo upper abdominal surgery (e.g., exploratory laparotomy, gastrectomy, pancreatectomy, hepatectomy, open cholecystectomy, etc.), the operation time is more than 3 hours, the age is more than 65 years, gender is not limited, EF is more than 50%, and the underlying diseases are well controlled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severely obese patients with BMI=35 and a history of severe asthma or uncontrolled bronchial asthma; Patients with a history of severe limiting lung disease; Patients with lung metastases; Patients with a history of previous thoracic surgery; Patients requiring thoracic drainage before surgery; Patients with oxygen saturation of less than 95% under preoperative air inhalation; Lung CT showed lung infection, skin ulceration, coagulation disorder and local anesthesia drug allergy at nerve block site.
